4. Booking & Payments
We provide a platform for stadium owners to manage bookings. We are not responsible for the physical condition of the facilities or disputes between players and stadium owners. Payments handling and refund policies are at the discretion of the individual stadium owners unless explicitly stated otherwise by our platform.
5. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the site.
